Program Nature
Together Rise Community Micro‑Funds Inc. provides interest‑free charitable support, not loans, credit, or financial products.
We are not a lender, bank, or financial institution.
Eligibility
To apply, you must:
– Be 18+
– Live in Ontario
– Have verifiable income
– Have a guarantor
– Maintain an active membership
Membership
Membership fees:
– Are non‑refundable
– Are not interest
– Support program operations
Membership does not guarantee approval.
Guarantor Responsibility
Guarantors may be contacted and may be responsible for repayment if the applicant defaults.
Verification
We reserve the right to:
– Verify documents
– Contact employers or guarantors
– Request additional information
– Decline applications
Repayment
Approved applicants must sign a Pre‑Authorized Debit (PAD) Agreement.
Prohibited Activities
You may not:
– Submit false information
– Upload fraudulent documents
– Misrepresent your identity
– Harass staff or volunteers
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
– Delays
– System outages
– Third‑party service issues
