Together Rise Community Micro‑Funds Inc. is committed to dignity, respect, and community care. All applicants, guarantors, contributors, and members must follow this Code of Conduct.

Respectful Communication

All communication with staff, volunteers, and community members must be:

– Respectful 

– Non‑abusive 

– Non‑threatening 

Harassment or intimidation will result in removal from the program.

Honesty & Integrity

You must:

– Provide truthful information 

– Submit authentic documents 

– Communicate changes in your situation 

Fraudulent activity will result in immediate disqualification.

Accountability

Borrowers must:

– Honour repayment agreements 

– Communicate if facing difficulty 

– Ensure guarantors understand their role 

Guarantors must:

– Respond promptly 

– Provide accurate information 

Confidentiality

Members must respect the privacy of others.

Zero Tolerance

We do not tolerate:

– Abuse 

– Fraud 

– Discrimination 

– Threats 

– Misconduct 

Violations may result in permanent removal.
