How We Store Your Information

All documents are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage under our organizational Google Workspace account.

Access is restricted to authorized team members only.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain application records for up to 7 years for compliance and audit purposes.

Third‑Party Services

We use:

– Google Forms 

– Google Drive 

– Stripe 

These services may store data on their secure servers.

Your Rights

You may request:
